Dr. Barrett spent close to what felt like an hour with my ornery chihuahua giving him a thorough and complete exam. Comprehensive paw plans are indeed comprehensive, covering all dental and medical bases, and reasonably priced (serious steal comparatively tbh!). This is a great place for shy or nervous dogs! Got into our room right away and the vet tech was so sweet my dog tried to follow her when she left! The vet sat on the floor with her and let her sniff away while he did his exam which put her at ease. He knew a lot about doodles which was also really nice as it isn’t technically a breed but they share common traits. Just very clear they all love animals and I know my dog will have great, compassionate care.

Our dog has a dental done and Dr. Mac stayed in touch with us thorough out the procedure providing updates. When we picked her up Dr. Mac came out and went over the discharge with us. We felt that our dog was well cared for as well as us as worried owners. And her teeth look great!!

Dr. Barrett treated my dog in the kindest, gentlest, and most respectful manner. She was nervous and he just treated her with love throughout the whole experience. We’re moving all 4 of our pets to Northpointe.

Mushroom & Blackberry may as well be my children — I adopted them this year and I love them so much. I knew that choosing a vet would be the most important decision I would have to make about their health. A friend recommended Northpointe, and I’m so glad I decided to take their recommendation. We primarily see Dr. Bruce — Dr. Bruce is caring, gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. The other doctors are incredible as well. The front desk staff is so helpful. Anytime I have a minor question they are easily accessible by phone or email and they get me the answers I’m looking for, usually within minutes. I have had a few medical concerns pop up for the boys during their first year. Anytime there is an issue, the staff has done everything they can to provide the best care for my babies. I trus
