Ok so I truly do not try and be so sensitive about things, but let’s start. Did appreciate getting an appointment for my fur baby on the same day because his regular vet was not open. Walked in, not very welcoming and really seemed off putting, but I shook it off because my baby was sick. Got to the back with Stacy sweet, professional, informative and competent. Then the Vet came in, just as professional and welcoming, professional and informative. Had such a great experience spoke with them about having as a secondary vet for emergencies. Go to check out, the receptionist that checked me in (no smile or greeting) act like she did not want to check me out, my baby peed so I got cleaner to clean it up and then sanitized my hands she still did not acknowledge me to check me out, the receptio

Dr. McFee is awesome! She and her team made me and my dog Bailey feel really comfortable. She explained everything I needed to know about my pet’s care. I left feeling reassured. Thank you!

I have both of my puppies on the wellness plans here and have had 4 visits between the 2 of them all of which went so smoothly. When I had originally scheduled their first wellness appointments as per initial plan sign up requirements, I scheduled my German shepherd first and my husky second. My husband and I ended up deciding we should have our husky puppy seen first and our German shepherd puppy seen on the next day I had scheduled on the day of the first scheduled appointment. I called and they were easily able to switch the animals and no appointments got messed up in the process and got incredible treatment towards both my pup and I. At our German shepherd’s appointment they saw that our husky had a different vet than our shepherd so they made sure to put them both with the same vet w

I’ve have always recommended this location and always will. I have 2 cats both don’t enjoy many people, but anytime we bring them in we hear nothing but great things about how they acted with the staff. This is one of the few places where I bring my cats in and they leave more relaxed then when they got there. They always listen and genuinely care about any problems I have with my cats, they do a great job at being efficient while still caring about how your pet feels. We have a favorite nurse here who makes us feel so welcome and cared for, I will forever bring my pets here. Thank you for making us not just feel like business ❤️

I’ve used Banfield for years - since 2011. I’ve never been upset with them until now. My little dog was diagnosed with an endocrine problem this summer. The vet said he should be put on medication. She said she would check dosage and see if they had it and that she’d call me back. It’s been months and I have not heard from the Vet since. In the meantime, I have researched causes and how to improve the hormones needed for this condition. I have changed his diet and started him on supplements. All the symptoms he was having are now gone. I’m very disappointed in Banfield and won’t go back.
