This clinic took care of my little baby Nico for over a decade until we had to put him to sleep after 19 years on Earth this Sunday. They would always try their best to accommodate him even during busy days due to his age/health concerns and I would definitely go back to them if I ever decide to get a dog again. Thank you guys for the love and care you gave to my Nico we miss him terribly 🥹

I've brought several of my babies in the past. Just recently got a new one on board. This crew has always taken good care of us with loving care and patience. My little Ellie just got her spaying and the Dr. had requested we schedule for a date he would be in personally for the procedure. This is how much they care. And I am so thankful for the plan, I could not afford to get the procedure without it. The vet tech pretty much held Ellie in a blankie most of the day because I could not get there from work until 4:30 and she said Ellie got upset every time she tried to put her down. If that isn't love and dedication I don't know what is. No business or individual is perfect, none of us are, we all fall short. And sometimes we can be so quick to judge and take offense. 2-25-25 Yesterday, I took my daughter's cat Lily to Banfield to get treatment for a bite infection. My 1st interaction with this facility was with Lizzie, by phone, who was very instrumental in getting me an appointment. Once I arrived, the staff behind the desk was polite, professional and guided me through the process of getting Lily checked in and examined. Abby, the Vet Tech, was knowledgeable, friendly and treated Lily with care. Dr. Arenas, who treated Lily, was kind and answered all my questions. Abby and Dr. Arenas shared with me the treatment plan I'm to follow, to include the administration of medicine, to ensure Lily makes a full recovery. Thank you Banfield for demonstrating what veterinary care should be about; the patient.

I’ve usually had very positive experiences with Banfield. During my phone conversations and in-office visits, the team and doctors have always been pleasant, patient, and informative. They took the time to educate me on my new dog’s needs, especially since I wasn’t very familiar with his breed. Recently, however, I had a disappointing experience that left me frustrated and concerned. I received several messages about a past-due checkup and comprehensive exam, so despite my hectic work schedule, I scheduled an appointment for my dog for tomorrow at 11 AM and confirmed it.
