I like the way the entire team shows how they care. They greet you with a smile & show your pet love. They are very attentive to your pet & are concerned about your pet well-being. Also I like how the Dr. calls you to get permission about doing certain things that we hadn't talked about before hand. They also call you to check & see how your pet is doing and not just once but 2 or three times. Trust me every Pet shop doesn't do that!

The staff were all very friendly with me and my cats. The staff always works with us to schedule in person appointments so that my cats can be more comfortable. Everyone clearly cares a lot about the animals they treat. In particular Tarbh and Dr. Fuelling were great and took excellent care of us even when my cats started to run out of kitty minutes.

The good people here always take care of our miniature australian shepherd dogs!

I took my boy in for a surgery and regardless of how hype he is every single time… they are always so nice and sweet to him and myself. They have helpful advice and it’s always appreciated.

There is so much that I can say about this Veterinarian office. I found them through a Google search. My kitten is sick and I knew he needed to be seen. The staff was very friendly and helped put my mind at ease. They told me that I could pick my kitten up in a few hours which I was not comfortable with (I'm super attached). They were completely understanding and did what they could to see him immediately. They explained his treatment recommendations clearly and honored a coupon that they weren't familiar with making my visit affordable. They called this morning to check up on my little guy which I thought was very sweet. My kitten is already showing signs of improvement since his visit yesterday and I am so happy with Banfield's service. Highly recommended
