Brought our doggie recently for an ear infection. They were quick. Efficient. Helpful. Gave us ear drops for Gus. Go and bring your pets. Plenty of parking as well. In a nice strip center. East of I95.

We want to thank the care team and staff at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Delray Beach for taking such great care of our dog, Tito. Even though we moved an hour away from Delray, we wouldn't take him anywhere else. Recently, he had some serious digestive problems and needed to be examined. Our veterinary technician, Daniel, conducted a very detailed and thorough interview, and recommended a series of tests that made good sense to us. After receiving the test results and examining Tito, Dr. Immanuel, whom we have seen several times and think the world of, clearly explained the diagnosis and recommended a course of treatment. Do NOT get their dog health plan. We were overcharged and unnecessary tests were run at the Delray clinic. Our dog ended up being very sick with bladder stones as a result of their negligence. When we cancelled the plan and sent a registered letter to say why, we got no response. Suddenly the balance due (far smaller than what they overcharged us) was in collections, a year later. No letter, no attempt to resolve the dispute. Not even an apology, even when we were promised "someone would call back."

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Emmanuel and the staff at Banfield on Linton. If it wasn’t for them, I would have made a life-changing decision for my dog due to the misguidance of the vets, including Dr. Rodriguez and her sidekick at the Banfield off of federal and Woolbright. If ever you are recommended to have any sort of invasive procedure, I can’t emphasize how important it is to get a second opinion. Dr.Emanuel is top notch, knowledgeable, well versed , and truly has a grasp on his expertise in veterinary care.

What's wrong with this picture? Banfield, which is a pet hospital, cares so little about pets that they never have water or poop bags outside. The business next door, which is a spa and has nothing to do with pets, cares more than Banfield. Banfield, always the bare minimum.
