Banfield Pet Hospital

I made a appointment online for the next day I got a confirmation email. But when I drove all the way there i was told that the time slot i chose was double book that someone tried to call me to reschedule but i checked after being turned away I had no missed calls and no voicemails. My dog is very sick and they wouldn't see him because the online appointment app always messes up. We'll maybe you shouldn't have that option to schedule a appointment online if your program is always faulty or actually call to reschedule instead of me torturing my already sick dog by making him go on a unnecessary ride.

Our two dogs Cata and Charlotte, are well cared for by the Banfield vets and the staff. Our two little poodle mixes are healthy and happy. Thank you Banfield for giving them excellent care.

I love Banfield but more specifically this location! My dog recently had an issue with his paw and when I called to see what to do or if I needed to make an appointment, they went above my expectations. They were so patient with all my questions and had me email a photo for the vet to see. They called me back the same day saying he’d be ok and told me what to do and wished the best for my dog Bentley. Nothing but great things to say about this entire staff.

We have three Littie furry family members, and we’re delighted with our Danvilke, CA Banfield Team. They treat our ‘little pups’ very similar to our pediatricians from treats gone little children. It was ok. They took my dog right in. She had a split nail. But I couldn't tell who the vet was and who the vet tech was. They never introduced themselves to us. I had to leave without my questions Answered.
