I was skeptical because they were a "brand" versus my normal hometown vet...but we have been with them about a year now and I am very happy with their care of our baby, Jack. I highly recommend giving them a chance. We also have the Optimum Wellness plan, which has been totally worth it.

I am a new customer here. My little kitty has quite a few health issues and I’m glad I found Banfield. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Special mention to Dr Kennedy who is so sweet to my little asthmatic cat (she has one of her own which gives me even more hope!). I find the pricing ok, within competition of other clinics. I signed up for their wellness plan and it definitely saves me money. They weren’t pushy at all, and were super transparent about cost. I didn’t feel embarrassed to ask about prices which I really appreciate. The first visit I waited at least an hour, maybe more like 2. The second time, I was seen immediately on my appointment time. Have been bringing my older dog here for 8 years always top notch service, just recently got a puppy and she snagged a finger nail, called them last minute hoping they could accommodate and they had me in the office within 45 min, had 2 lovely vet techs and a top notch professional veterinarian calming my clearly nervous puppy down, removing the nail, cleaning the wound, wrapping it in a bandage, and sending us home with antibiotics and pain meds for under $200. Professional, caring, well trained, top notch. I am a forever customer! Keep up the great work guys, it does not go unnoticed!!!!

Great vets and staff. They've always been patient with me, been transparent with their prices (and cost is an issue in my household), and most importantly, have always been compassionate with my fur babies (and me), even until my baby's end 🌈. I took my German Shepherd puppy for his first visit and I feel very comfortable with him being treated at this vet office. The staff all very nice and happy, The doctor was very informative and caring . They also gave me info on Training with no monkey business which I made an apppoitment . They offer a monthly plan that covers all of his visits and also his shots with a low monthly payment. I will continue to take my puppy.
