Banfield Pet Hospital

The least helpful Banfield location. Never try it get us in and their advice for everything is to just take my dog to the ER. My dog ate two tampons and this office refused to even see her. Took her to a non Banfield location and they made her throw-up and we’re good to go in about 20min.

I used to really like Banfield but have cancelled my wellness plan and changed vets due to the decline in service. All appointments, when we could get them, were drop off. My son's dog is a service dog and it is not ok for him to be separated from his dog all day. The last straw was when his dog had an allergic reaction and they said the soonest appointment was on 3 weeks. He asked where he could/ should take the dog and was told to just call around and find any vet who would do same day care. We ended up finding an urgent care vet and took him there. We cancelled our plan after that and kept receiving calls to renew our plan.

I Love Banfield. I have a very excitable dog that is usually shy about any kind of care and the Banfield team are always so gentle and great with him (watson) so by the time I pick him up he doesnt seem to want to leave. Ha. I love the easy scheduling and the doctors and staff are wonderful about getting me the info I need to make decisions about his care.

My daughter brought Bruce in when he ate some of the "piddle pad" lining his crate. The care he received was exceptional and all staff were friendly, supportive and helpful.
