Banfield Pet Hospital

I brought my new adoptee Harland into the Bluffton office to get him up to date and legal. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Dr. Hundt was attentive, thorough and friendly. I’m exceptionally pleased and impressed with the service we received today and look forward to many more healthy checkups with the Bluffton team.

The staff at Banfield in Bluffton are wonderful and caring. I trust leaving my 2 dogs in their care and knowing they are getting the best care possible is refreshing.

So, I've had banfield for years. Since my girlie was 14 weeks old in fact! So that's over 10 years. Thanks to this all of my records being at one vet and moving, my girlie was quickly diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. She had been showing symptoms for a while, but I had never experienced it and often other vets would shrug their shoulders and not offer advise or testing options to find out what was going on. My first appointment with Dr. Larson he mentioned how her records made him suspect cushing's disease. A few weeks later I had her routine labs done and the final symptom that would prove his theory showed up. Elevated ALT. We quickly worked together and got my girlie on the right path of treatment. Best Banfield I've had an experience with out of the 3. Smyrna TN Pensacola FL definitely could take notes not that they were bad just not like this location. Our dog is a needy, lovable, little turd, boy Boston Terrier. He interrupts everyone in his big eyes eyesight to give kisses & snuggles. They take it in stride. He loves going to the this Vet. He did not like Pensacola at all other than Banfield was in a PetSmart so he got treats & a new toy.

Spoke with Banfield at 3 PM. They told me they now close at 4 PM. I told them I could be there by 3:30 PM and was hoping they could see me since I pay for the plan monthly and my dog has had diarrhea for three days. They told me to go elsewhere. Update: spaceI did get a response from Banfield cares for this post. I was told to expect a call or email from the local Banfield Hospital regarding my issue. I’ve yet to receive any further communication.
