Banfield Pet Hospital

Our dog had Banfield bel air for six years. Honestly we had issue with them every year. Their service and attitude was terrible in general. Today I dropped off my dog at 8:45AM for her teeth cleaning. Of course I took a day off for that. Cause I knew they will charged me extra money if I am picking up after 5PM. They called me at 3:45PM and told me that they can’t take care of my dog because they’re running behind with other pets. I went right back to pick up my dog. No any apologies when they checked me out. I asked to talk to manager. A team Leader came out said sorry and it was fine and understandable with them if I decide to quit Banfield care. We paid $95 every month for pet care with Banfield. What a “wonderful” service we got.

I used the Facebook offer for the free "office visit" which does save almost $90. I was greeted by a friendly warm receptionist. She immediately lessen our stress. The nurse was very polite but at first it seemed he was more interested in selling me some wellness package. They hadn't even looked at my dog yet, I thought that was suspect. I made a comment about it and the nurse immediately changed course. I found that really beneficial to the appointment overall. The nurse was intelligent easy to talk with and seemed to genuinely care and enjoy the job. I got loads of helpful information from the nurse.

Dr.McLaughlin and her team are phenomenal with my babies Quette and Dora. Elaine always give good belly rubs. Victoria staff greet you with a smile. Thank you for great customer care 😀

brought my cat, bread in. staff were very professional and friendly. my first time at a vet was scary but they were so reassuring.

My puppy had a 5:30 apt , we arrived at 5:43 . The receptionist told me we were too late and that my appointment was going to take an hour because she’s a new patient … while also cutting me off saying they close at 6… why would they schedule me for 5:30 for an hour appointment if they close at 6…. Makes no sense granted I was late 13 minutes. I get a longer grace period for a hair appointment. They are liars
