Go somewhere else!!!! I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance and took time off from work to take our new addition for their first vet appt. After waiting at the front desk for about 4 minutes without anyone greeting us, we finally got checked in. When they tried to take our dog and say since this is a drop off appt. we will call you when we are done. I corrected them and said no, it’s not a drop off, they checked to make sure I was not lying. When she saw I was correct, she had to go talk to the doc. To whom we have yet to even meet…..apparently the doctor was already at lunch and the only way to get my dog looked at was to leave him. We said no, we scheduled a regular appt. We were told there was nothing else that could be done even though I took time off work. What a waste

Dr Nuremberg is a rockstar and the staff is as well, literal angels to my pets. Thank you for the attention to detail and follow up and care you guys provide to my babies. With the current staff, I feel safe with my pets lives in their hands. I’ve been going here for 9 years with my 4 pets, and even when my one cat had to be euthanized elsewhere due to complex medical issues, they offered me different options to assist for affordability and they listened to my concerns. Thank you guys for all of the referrals to specialists and for all of your care!

The doctors and staff were wonderful. If the price for anything not covered in the wellness plan was not so high and there was more stuff covered by the plan I’d give it 5 stars. The experience of checkin in, getting my babies seen and the overall knowledge and care was great. I had a Cronicly sick cat who at 17 we knew was at end of life and they helped supportive care and pain management. They understood the goal. RIP my beloved baby Toby

I brought my cats to Banfield for their international travel paperwork, and the pricing was shocking. They added a “professional service fee” of $432 for 60 minutes, on top of the exam and health certificate. Bolivia doesn’t require any complex paperwork, yet they charged me like it was a specialty case. They also tried to add services that were not required for this country. I asked for a breakdown and realized how inflated some of the charges were. What should have been a simple health certificate appointment turned into a quote close to $1,600, even though my cats already had their vaccines and only needed basic forms. I have been bringing my dogs to different Banfields and feel very grateful to the vets that have treated my babies. They have been on point about resolving issues and patience. In this Banfield I so appreciate Dr. WILLIAMS care, advise amd wsidom with my Domino and Sophie. Domimo is 13 and had a heart murmur for 3 years. He is super active still and although has minor episodes of desorientation, his heat issue has been under control thanks to Dr. WILLIAMS monitorimg his meds and adjusting as needed. I thank God for her and Banfield that we can keep enjoy our Domino and he enjoys his long walks and playing with his toys.
