Banfield Pet Hospital

I have consistently excellent experiences at this Banfield location, and today’s visit was no exception. Jacob took an immense amount of time/energy to walk me through Wellness Plan options, benefits, and signup for my second cat, plus dietary options for both Sophie & Ollie; I appreciate him! I always feel like this team “has time” for me and my (many) questions. I trust Dr. Bond greatly and always appreciate her service. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Recently transferred my pets here and I have to say it’s the best decision I’ve made. The staff is great, and the care for my animals has been exceptional. Especially today. A young gentleman named Jacob did and excellent job with my dog and was so informative and made the experience so easy. I joined the care plan and will continue to come back!

I ended up at the Hilltop location by accident after the closer location to my home failed to inform me my appointment had been cancelled due to a doctor being sick. However, I feel extremely blessed to have gone to Hilltop and to have worked with Angie, Joy & Vavilih. After my visit I felt my baby boy Ares was well cared for and my daughter and I were well informed/educated on my puppy and his needs. Due to the great service, the welcoming environment, and the reasonable pricing Ares will remain at this location for all of his care.

We absolutely love Banfield Alexandria of hilltop! They take such great care of our very anxious dog Moe Moe! He is so calm coming to this location. It’s clean, efficient and they have great communication. They remember our dog and his meds and the doctors, nurses and staff are always so kind and personable! Shout out to Jacob! Moe says you are awesome!

I appreciate that you operate independently and are not part of a large chain store like PetSmart. However, I wish we could have more one-on-one time with a veterinarian during our comprehensive visits or at a later date. Even a few extra minutes of personal attention would make a significant difference.
