AWSOM Wellness Center has provided us with excellent care, support and kindness toward our fur babies. Concerns are addressed in a timely and polite manner. We are thankful to have this affordable option available and thank all the AWSOM staff.

They don’t call you when your pets test results come back. And, if you don’t buy your Lise saving heart worm medication directly from them, your pet will never get their medication. I have been trying for months to get a verbal or faxed script written to Chewy so my pup can get her heart worm medication and they will not reply to them, even though they claim they only will send to Chewy, because before that I requested verification of prescription to the Walmart online dog supplier and they never sent anything to them, so I switched to Chewy and still no help. My dog just had heart-worm treatment on top of everything and they won’t even do the right thing so my poor dog can stay protected, good grief! I hate people!

They really are awesome... from the friendly non-medical staff to the also friendly, but knowledgeable and competent medical staff. I am so glad they are there for my dog and my cats. It is obvious they all love animals and they all care... complimenting to my old scruffy cats that they are beautiful. I thought only I knew that. 🩷🐾💙 Thank you Team Awsom!

I booked an appointment to terminate a pregnancy here and they schedule me out so far and rescheduled me again so far, the dog almost gave birth. They also tried to get me to pay double for their mistake. Weeks after we finally had the consultation (which was another fee plus I had to pay a fee so the doctor can see the dogs behavior after) when it was the day of the procedure they rescheduled it for weeks out. I reminded them I need to end a pregnancy, and I asked if they sure thats a good idea. when my appointment date did come it was to late, the pregnancy almost happened. Our 18 month old Mini Golden Doodle swallowed a penny. (Didn't know it was toxic) Our own vet was out of town so they very kindly found a vet at AWSOM to see her to administer eyedrops to make her vomit) They said to come and they would help us. Over the course of treatments including x-rays, eyedrops (twice) the penny remained in her stomach. Only other treatment was surgery. We remained well beyond AWSOM's regular hours so the surgery could be done right away. It was a long day but we brought her home that night. Dr. Jeremy Barkanic and Dr. Bob Bauer were able to do the surgery quickly and recover the penny. Both Drs. and the staff could not have been more friendly, compassionate, and professional!
