Had a great experience with Dr. Dracos and her team. In my experience, it's difficult in most locales to find a capable exotics veterinarian. I brought in my female Uromastyx due to a reduction in appetite and defecation. Dr. Dracos recommended an X-Ray and promptly identified that the issue was a large bladder stone, and Pancake was scheduled for surgery within the week. I appreciated the low end/high end itemized cost estimates for surgery at the initial appointment as well. Dr. Dracos called me prior to the surgery to report the results of the bloodwork and responded to my email answering my prior-to-surgery questions. On discharge today, the lead tech spent about 20 minutes with me going over how to administer post-op meds (including offering for me to bring her in if I needed addition

We have been bringing my greek cheek conure here for years. Maybe going back to 2019 or 2020, not really sure. This place is fantastic, and you couldn't be in better hands, especially after experiencing problems with other vets in the area. I'll be going here for as long as I have my feathered friend.

Update: In the response to this review, whomever replied said that they "had offered for me to come in and see exactly how we handle our axolotl...come in or talk with our staff and doctor...but you haven't responded..." But, I have heard no such offers until I read this response. I have had NO reply to my email, to the Facebook message I sent, no reply from the BBB, so I don't know where these offers occured? I have searched all spam folders, we have an answering machine to record all phone call messages...but unfortunately I have received no such offers. ? We had a very unfortunate experience here in May. We called first to make sure that they could handle axolotls, and were assured that they could do so. However, we took our pet in for an eating issue and came out with the same

Our first time here after a bit so great experience at another office for exotics. We definitely will be coming back, the vet was more knowledgeable and it felt like we were in good hands.

Sweet people here. The appointment was quick and easy to schedule. The place was quiet and very clean. I took my chinchilla for a check-up and was worried he would be stressed but he wasn't at all. I brought blankets to put him on and they used them. I am definitely returning for the care shown to Titus and the generally soothing atmosphere.
