Mystery "consultation" charge of $100 for what? The woman on teh phone ignored every single question I had and was extremely rude. Multiple vets have told us to avoid these people at all costs. Good luck fighting the charge-back.

*DO NOT DONATE TO THIS ORGANIZATION* I made a donation to this organization a few months ago. A few weeks later, they took it upon themselves to withdraw more money from my account without my permission. I called and spoke with Ruben. He said I signed up for a monthly donation to which I defiantly argued that I did not. Ruben was sarcastic and even laughed at me when I demanded my money be returned. He finally agreed and said it would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. It is now 42 days later. I have had to get a new debit card and I still have not gotten my money back. I spoke with a rep today and she said my case was pending. She then asked if I could hold so that Ruben could speak to me again - the same Ruben who lied about refunding the money that stolen out of my account. I am not

My spouse tried to make a “one time” 2023 end of year donation online to the ASPCA. The ASPCA system automatically signed him up for a monthly auto renewal which he then tried to cancel because it was a one-time, non-monthly donation. It then wouldn’t let him cancel and after many tries to correct it and “no one” on the other end to assist him (he tried to reach someone there several times) he had to contact our bank, to stop the auto renewal. The ASPCA system continued to attempt to take money from our account, but was repeatedly stopped by our bank. For such a GOOD and WORTHY CAUSE, it is very sad that the ASPCA is loosing out on one-time yearly donations (which is what we often do in December each year) due to unscrupulous corporate-like-practices such as auto-renewals which run off wi
