Chrissy was great with my dog Stuart! He generally does well at groomers, but does freeze up and can be a bit anxious, so I appreciated that Chrissy takes her time. On the people side - New client form is quick and easy to fill out, I did it from my phone. Chrissy and Alec are both easy to communicate with, personable, and professional.

My Boue is a standard poodle and usually groomed at home, but we got behind on him and Chrissy did such a great job. He’s shy and gets restless on the table, she took the time to keep him comfortable and still sent him home looking gorgeous😊

The best groomer in town, Chrissy takes such care and attention to detail, Wally always looks like a 1,000,000 bucks when we come back to pick him up! Plus, their shop is super cute and centrally located on Mass Street in downtown Lawrence. Highly recommend!

I brought in my overactive and super anxious baby to Art of the Groom and he was greeted with a very caring and understanding staff. They did an excellent job with his hair and they also did an amazing job with making him feel safe. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Very kind people who love pups! My girl doesn’t love nail trims but she did great her first time at Art of the Groom! We will be back!
