Armelcarpet (R MEL Carpet)

After shopping for a custom floor runner at several locations near the Outer Banks of NC, a local carpet store owner told us that Armel Carpet in Chesapeake, VA was the best place to shop. We drove to Armel Carpet and described what we were looking for. The staff were welcoming, good listeners and accommodating. They not only had the color and type of carpet we were looking for but offered to cut it and bind the edges for us while we waited. That saved us an additional 90 mile round trip from NC. We were pleased when we returned home and rolled out the blue carpet runner and the "bonus" matching door mat-sized rug that fit perfectly in front of our elevator door. (see photos). Armel will be our first choice for future carpet projects.

Armel Carpet has completed two FANTASTIC jobs for us! Did you know they can reduce the size of any rug that doesn't fit your space quite right? Yes! They do a terrific job of finishing the newly cut edge(s) so that they're essentially indistinguishable from the remaining, original edging. And the price they charge for this super-helpful service is quite reasonable. I LOVE having this resource here in Hampton Roads. Highly recommended!!!

Armel Enterprises provided me with excellent service and installation of wall-to-wall carpeting for my home. They completed the job in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I plan to go back to Armel to finish two bedrooms in the near future.

AMAZED ME! Took my runner to Heath and his staff, who fabricated and installed it perfectly. Note how they handled the 45-degree turns at the landing!

They were able to work me into their schedule quickly, and since I drove from a distance, they also completed work within a few hours so that I didn't have to drive back. Carpet looked excellent and very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing carpet mending, especially serging.
