Great staff! My pup was a very difficult pup to deal with and treat, however they never made me feel any type of way and always treated her with the same respect and kindness of any other dog. Never pushy and reasonable cost for great service. She unfortunately recently just passed away at an overnight vet, Arlington staff was kind enough to send a hand written card for our loss when they had found out. Totally unexpected and much appreciated and just shows the compassion these people have. Would recommend them to anyone!

My 9 year old, very large dog who snarls and snaps at strangers experiences absolute terror when in new/strange places (especially with other animals or their scents nearby). It takes 10-15 minutes for me to get him out of the car and into the office! The staff has always been deeply caring and compassionate with him. They are gentle with him and he always winds up letting them do what they need to do. They give him space to breathe and be the anxious boy he is. And always, always take good care of him.

I have little experience with other vets - when we first adopted our dog we tried a couple of clinics and such until we were referred here. Since then, we have always come here. And I wouldn't want to venture out anywhere else again. I have always experienced kindness and compassion from the staff and the vets for both my dog and myself!! We had a true emergency some time back and they got us in to be seen really fast. It didn't matter the day or the time. When my dog has issues that require treatment they always go over the costs as we are deciding on treatment so I know what to expect. I never believed I was overpaying for anything - especially with the kind of care we got for it. 🐾❤️

This place is great never a long wait appointments are always readily available and medical solutions are always right on point. The team is caring, compassionate, and kind.

I came here in July with my dog who was attacked at a dog park. His entire hind leg area was lacerated and I was completely panicked and a total mess. I called Arlington animal hospital in this emergency situation and they told me to immediately come over even with the fact that I resided out of the area. The vet and staff reassured me throughout the entire process and I could not be more grateful for the compassion and care these people offered my pup and I. I am forever indebted to it. POGO AND I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
