Arenus

This has been a terrible experience with Arenus. My horse died in early July and had been on the Colic Free Wellness Program since 2021. Initially, the claim was denied because it was after their 14 day window to file a claim, despite the trauma of losing my horse and an upcoming foot surgery. Eventually, I was allowed to submit reams and reams of papers, letters, and documentation from the vet and from the stable. After, all that, the claim submitted was denied based on the amount of Assure Plus ordered over the past 4 years. Arenus claims that based on the amount ordered, the prescribed amounts weren't followed, citing the order dates, and indicating that a 15# bag should last approximately 4 months. The Assure Plus saved my little donkey from Colic and I now give it to him and my grand old horse Dandi on a regular basis. This product worked better than any other product I tried, thanks to the sub. vet who came in at the last minute and highly recommended it.

We’ve had three out of our ten dogs that had what appeared to be luxating patella issues. We feed a high quality food and supplement with Steadfast Canine. All three are no longer having issues. We currently have a young Japanese Chin that is having this same problem. He is doing better now so we’re hoping to be able to avoid surgery on him also. Highly recommend this supplement. It might seem a bit pricey but it is so worth it!

Very Impressed with the Canine supplement Steadfast! I have a 13 years old Whippet who was trembling in the hind quarters BAD! They are so much better after 30-45 days on Steadfast!!
