Dora was great to work with and the installers were excellent. Everyone we interacted with at their location were very pleasant and helpful. We've used them several times and they never disappoint. Highly recommended!!

Website says your show room is open until 5pm on a Friday. So we drove 40 minutes, arriving at 4:20pm and it's closed. What a waste of time and gas!!

We came here for area rugs, and they have, probably literally tons of them, hanging in the back room so you can flip through them. One very helpful thing is that they have a bowl of plastic clothes pins of several colors, you can pick several pins of the same color, and use them to mark your favorites so you can get back and look at them again and compare them. I also found it helpful to take a picture of the rug and the label, so we could later see if it was in our size, and let the staff know what we were looking for when it wasn't hanging there. The rugs seem reasonably priced, and good quality. We also got a custom mat cut for each rug that we purchased, said to be of a quality above the ordinary rubbery type. I can’t believe this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating. It’s aaaamazing. SO many options to choose from (you can buy that day or order). You can order custom rugs. You can get legit rug pads - not those nightmare versions from Amazon that are paper thin. Chris is super knowledgeable and really helped us figure out what we needed. We have already ordered several rugs from here and it will be the only place we look for the remaining few we need (as we renovate).

The rating should be higher than 3.9 based on inventory alone. If you've been searching for an area rug, you'll know there's not a huge selection in many stores to choose from. Home Goods and IKEA have some, but not nearly as many as this business. Prices are reasonable.
