I truly appreciate the team at ARC Animal Hospital. Every time I bring my dog, Cheesecake, he is treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Recently, he had to be hospitalized for three days, and during that difficult time, the staff made me feel supported and reassured. They treated Cheesecake as if he were their own pet, and that meant so much to me. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring, the nurses and assistants are attentive, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the parking is convenient, which makes visits easier. Worst experience ever for my pet!! First I'll start off with saying when I made the appointment in December and given an appointment for January, they gave me one set of prices in december.When I made the appointment and when I went to the appointment in january, I was told that the prices went up. When I asked them, why would the prices go up, If I was given a certain price in december, why would they not honor that price that was given to me when I meet the appointment. The main reason that I would never want to go back to this facility was, for the fact that in the process of the vet giving my small pet her shots, without assistance, the vet decided to take it upon himself.To hold her downward one arm and give her the shot with the other, the first shot was fine, and the second was i

My Bengal cat was feeling off, so I took him to Arc, based solely on its proximity to me. It was pretty crowded for late afternoon, but I was shown to a room right away. It got waaayyyy slower after that. This was by far the noisiest office I've ever waited in--no soundproofing--which didn't help my cats' anxiety level. We waited 45 minutes for the vet to appear; he immediately got a call and left the room for 10 minutes (it was a personal matter he had to address, he was nice enough to explain to me). Once we had his attention, he was very nice (had great sneakers with the Arc logo on them) and diagnosed Lou's problem quickly after just a quick once over. He took x-rays and saw he had a disc problem in sacral spine. Not constipated as I had thought. I'm sure you're interested in cost.

Clean environment, have stocked bathrooms for kids and pets. Doctors are super friendly. Treats available, payment plans accepted. It was a great first time there. Our puppy was not disappointed 😂 he loved it. And the first shots didn't hurt him 😁🙌

Great place, clean and staff is very friendly. Pricing was reasonable and it was pretty quick to get an appt. They are very thorough and explain everything very well. Dr Segota is knowledgeable and caring. Always feels like home and never rushed when you come in, which is what you want when taking your pets there.
