Another Happy Pet

I brought in my maltipoo and shihtzu for full-service grooming for the first time today. My dogs had long, matted fur and badly needed grooming. I met Rene. She was friendly and professional. Upon pickup, my dogs looked great. When I brought them home, my wife and kids were very pleased and happy. Rene did a wonderful job. Thanks so much, Rene. Will see you in few months (or less). I can’t say enough good things about this dog grooming place! They’re always quick, professional, and most importantly, they handle my senior Yorkie with such care and gentleness. It’s clear they truly love what they do and treat every dog like their own. My pup always comes out looking great and feeling calm. My dog has been going to this place for almost 5 years consistently. I’ve always paid every single time. Even when they went up on daily boarding without notice. The one time that I had Fiji (my dog) spending card at his limit and no additional cash. I asked her could I bring the balance of $50 the very next day. She sat there for 15 mins having me figuring it out because I did not want to drive all the way home to get my bank card. It’s the principle of not allowing someone of so many years to trust you enough to pay just $50 the very next day. Then she said you must really be broke! I immediately took my dog, went home and returned within minutes with the money. I don’t care how much business you give a person, some things never enough. He’ll never use their services ever again. My Bellamy, 73lb Shepherd Mix enjoyed her stay. She was at Another Happy Pet for 8 days. She was clean and happy when I picked her up. The rates are reasonable, and they take credit cards, as well as debit cards. This is the place I will be using. Bellamy is already booked for two more stays in the next couple of months.
