This has been my veterinary clinic for about five years now (I have five cats). Every time my pets/family enters the business, we are family. They try their best to work with you on pricing, and I never feel like they are being dishonest about findings- especially just to get money from their clientele. Love you guys!

Took our dog here for an abscess on his foot. They told us it was just a cut from the groomer, and gave us antibiotics and a cone. We ended up wasting over $100 on going back to have them recheck. Finally got fed up and took them to a different vet. It turned out the “cut” they were milking was actually a mast cell tumor. It took a different vet one day when ankeny animal and avian couldn’t figure it out in 2 months. I cannot recommend this place enough. Brought my cat in for her renal issues. Staff are very compassionate and the doctor I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to know. I wish I had discovered this place earlier. If you’re looking at reviews of vets freaking out and worrying if they will take good care of your pet, stop searching, this is the place.

Awesome experience! We were traveling in our RV and our dog developed a mouth infection. The front staff was so accommodating setting us up with an appointment. We arrived early, and they fit us into a cancelation. The vet was professional and knowledgeable, and we had medication in hand in under twenty minutes! What a fantastic experience-we can't thank all the staff enough! And the dog quickly recovered after a couple of days.
