I love bringing my dogs here. They are always so nice to me and try to streamline everything (I have 5 dogs), so sometimes it's a little harder. The last time I was there, it was short staffed, but everyone was still in great spirits and tried their best not to run behind. Everything is priced fairly, and the service is better than I have received at regular vet offices.

I had to come here for tye first time to put my dog down. We were devastated, the staff and doctor were extremely friendly the days of and when we returned for her ashes. A few days later we recieved a sympathy card in the mail and a few months later I went to set up care for my other 2 dogs. They are friendly and the pricing is great especially when you have multiple animals. The only thing is making an appointment, they are an extremely busy office and cannot always get back to you right away but try to squeeze you in as soon as possible.

Great professionalism from the veterinarian, they are certainly experienced and my pet was taken good care of. On the contrary, the administrative staff is not very good at all when it comes to keeping records, and one of them is particularly loud and disrespectful. Said staff also denied my request for the entirety of my pet’s detailed medical records, saying a certain item is “too hard to find” in storage. The records also use non-standard entries which resulted in several time-consuming misunderstandings when communicating with other clinics. Do not come here if you value time or respect.
