They treated our dear elderly kitty quickly. They reviewed the plan and prices of each element that he needed. I was able to say what I thought was appropriate. They listened. They showed me the x rays and reviewed them. It was clean and warm. Nice facility. Nice re-use of a bank. Staff was professional and accommodating and gentle with our Cletus.

Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, vet techs, and vet were caring, knowledgeable, and holistic with our Pets care. They listened, kept you up to date, and reached out to us when we got home. Our cat Ginger had an accident with broken glass and cut 3 of her paws one needing 4 stitches. The staff at Acutepet Urgent care could not have been nicer and took great care of our baby.

My dog was having some issues and I was not sure I could wait until our regular vet opened on Monday. I brought him over and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were not bad either! My boy is now feeling better and this mom is relieved ❤️. I would definitely recommend this place.

My sweet girl Lucy was 16 years old and had apparently had a stroke and couldn't walk. My Vetenarian was closed. I had to make the incredibly hard choice to put her out of her misery. They were kind to me and Lucy. Losing her 💔 breaks my heart. She is missed terribly. 😪
