Animal Medical Clinic's Pet Care Center & Hotel

I had been going to this place since roughly 12 years old. I am an adult now. It’s been quite some time. I won’t bother being anonymous because I need to share my story. The service dog component of this place is a story for another day— but let me share how this place can and will mistreat your every day regular pets. **Before I get into the story I must note that I was 14-15 at the time that this happened, in no position to advocate for myself or my dogs. In no position to know exactly how to take care of them myself either. I made so many mistakes but I improve every day. It’s taken years of introspection to finally share this story. My boys came home happy after a 4 night stay. I was able to see posts on Facebook of my 2 boys daily. I had no worries or concerns knowing the staff is well prepared for anything and keeps me informed of everything.

Always have had a positive experience boarding our doodles here. Lovely, attentive staff and our dogs thoroughly enjoy staying there. We’re fans!

We have only been here once and it was to unfortunately put our sick 11 year old dog, Cookie, to sleep. I made an appointment and when we arrived they had a room ready for us to go right into. They were incredibly kind and loving during the whole process. Gave us the option for a Rainbow Bridge paw print, and the option for an exam first. We wanted to take her body home for burial, and even though Cookie was a big dog, they put her in a cardboard box that was similar to a coffin with flowers on top. I was so touched by the thoughtfulness of this. I would not hesitate to use them for any future vet needs.
