I've been with Dr. Buck and the crew fo for 9 years. We've always gotten excellent care and at a reasonable cost. The front desk staff are kind and always listen to me. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and explain things clearly. Dr. Buck is awesome and a fellow veteran. The care my 4 animals have received over the years is great. My family members are also clients and they have had similar experiences. Kudos to Dr. Buck for founding Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services after the emergency vet in Brighton closed.

We love Animal Hospital of Rochester. The staff and Doctor Buck are caring, professional and kindly. The facility is spotless, and we've always experienced short wait times and a comfortable atmosphere.

I love animal Hospital of Rochester! Dr Danni was so GREAT! Her personality, care and knowledge of animals were all amazing! My cat was very well taken care of.

I’m actually shocked to read some of the negative reviews on Dr Buck. I have been going to her for over 5 years. I was previously at a vet that told me I needed to put my dog down because he was in pain and snapping at people but I didn’t want to do that without exploring all available options. What was never caught in all the years that I had bringing my dog to the other vet was that he had an allergy to chicken. The 1st visit Dr Buck identified the probable cause of many of his issues. We changed his diet and the joint pain, skin problems, and chronic ear infections cleared up. Additionally, she put him on a pain medication and we treated him with laser therapy for his arthritis. I have used these wonderful professionals for 3 different pets over 15 years. They always make time for us when there is an issue. I was so happy to learn that Dr Buck is now working to open a non-profit 24 hour emergency vet office in Rochester. Proud to know her as a friend of our community and protector of 4 legged families.
