Animal Hospital at Lakewood Ranch

We came to this clinic when our Guinea Pig needed care due to not eating. The staff was extremely caring, kind, and thorough. Since they were so amazing with our Guinea Pig, we immediately decided to transfer our dog over to this clinic. Once again, the staff has been phenomenal. They take such good care of all of our pets. Phone calls are flawless. Appointments are easy to make. The Doctors are very informative. Awesome group of people.

We had a wonderful experience at Animal Hospital at Lakewood Ranch for our German Shepherd’s first Florida vet visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. During the exam, a mass was discovered, which of course was concerning. What we appreciated most was how calmly and thoroughly everything was explained. The doctor walked us through the possibilities and options without pressure and, most importantly, gave us time to think and process before making any decisions. That compassion and respect meant so much to us. We left feeling informed, supported, and confident in the care our dog is receiving. We are grateful to have found our new veterinary home here in Florida.

I brought my Cavapoo, Winnie, to Lakewood Ranch Animal Hospital after her anal gland ruptured. Nilsa, the technician, and Dr. Catalina were both so kind and compassionate. They took great care of Winnie and took the time to explain what happened and why it sometimes occurs. I really appreciated how gentle and patient they were — you can tell they truly care about the animals they treat.

We had our dog Storm board with Lakewood Ranch Animal Hospital for over two weeks! She was treated extremely well (you can clearly tell by her coat, teeth, and overall demeanor and appearance). We were constantly being updated throughout her stay and had a wonderful experience with her boarding! They gave her multiple baths and took great care of her. She ate all of her food and most of her treats. From the photos, it is clear she had a great time as well! The staff was concerned about her skin being a little flaky, which they notified us immediately and provided remedies for the condition (she has had this issue previously) We would highly recommend this facility for boarding. Amazing vet office! Friendly staff, clean facility, and exceptional care. They always take their time and make sure we understand everything. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet! A special shout out to Paula she is the best!
