BEWARE! My dog was injured during his bath in May 2026 and has had a horrible limp and has been in pain since. He also came back stinky and had the same mud on his paws that he went in with. Additionally, after dropping him off I went back to pick up my umbrella I left and was told I would be charged extra for his longer coat. This is something that could have been discussed at drop off. They told me he had already been bathed and had to stay for a few hours to “dry”. This meant they were air drying him so I’m unsure of what the extra fees were if his coat wasn’t even being tended to properly. When I called to complain about him not being able to walk since picking him up, front desk brushed me off and said he wasn’t injured there. I told them I’m not accusing them of purposely injuring

I could not be happier with the service I received. I had to put my beloved baby down and Animal General Hospital showed me and my baby so much compassion. The vet and techs and the receptionist were amazing to me and my family, showing so much compassion and care down to her last breath. I am so thankful. THANK YOU!!!!

I brought my kitten I rescued in specifically for neutering only. I had already spent 100s of dollars for the last 3 months on shots , fecal samples, deworming etc.... I was very clear from the beginning that I only wanted him neutered at this time . I am on a fixed income and needed only the procedure I asked for. Despite this, I was charged $193.40, which included a fecal test that I did not request or consent to. After I paid, I was told my cat had worms. This is not about refusing treatment—if I had agreed to a fecal test beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. The issue is that services were added without discussion or approval, and then I was charged for them. On top of that, I was overcharged overall, and pain medication was treated as a separate issue instead of being

While traveling from overseas to the States. It’s been a little stressful on my feline. I noticed, he was peeing less amount. My previous cat experienced UTI. I call the vet to set up appointment. I’m glad they opened at 07:30, which I was able to set-up appointment. The front desk receptionist, is super nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Anita Wheat, and her technicians were so helpful and nice (with my concern about my cat). I also love that they have an APP, in which I can request an appointment or pet food, medication. I love it they have this app. I recommend their services and their dedicated support team.
