I can’t say enough about the staff here. We were literally ready to put our 8 yr old down as we thought after so many tests that he had lymphoma he was limp not eating or drinking. Last minute we decided to get a 2nd opinion and ready to do whatever we could for our pup to confirm what we were being told. They took us in and did their due diligence put a treatment plan in place and we left him there for a night. The next morning they called early to let us know he had made a bit of progress and they arranged an appointment with a local oncologist to take a deep dive on their findings. Our dog is currently up in a specialist hospital in St Pete but if it weren’t for this team, I don’t know that our story would be the same. From the moment we walked in with Roscoe, every member of the staff treated him—and us—with such kindness, patience, and respect. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions gently, and never made us feel rushed. From start to finish, extremely professional team. They showed their compassion for our Gracie and treated her immediately. She had surgery a few days before but surgery vet was unreachable for over 24 hours so we brought to Animal ER. Gracie immediately responded to treatment and is resting comfortably. So grateful for their assistance

Dr. Nicole Hamisak and Jacob were amazing. My dog fur baby experienced two seizures over the weekend and had to stay in the ER overnight. Dr. H was so patient with me and took the time to explain everything. She called often with updates and I even got a picture of my dog around midnight saying goodnight. Jacob was also amazing with my dog and I felt so secure leaving him for 24 hours. I couldn’t have had a better experience in such a horrible situation. I highly recommend this animal ER. They took really great care of me and my dog. Thank you!!

I was dreading my 2am emergency visit to the Vet ER. The very knowledgeable, caring people had a calming effect on me. I knew my pet was in good hands. She’s home now and doing much better. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays!
