My dog Otis started showing symptoms of being ill randomly one night. My regular vet didn't have any appointments on the same day and advised that based on his symptoms he should be seen at an ER. The vets #1 recommendation was this place, so that is where I went. The staff were kind and kept me updated every step of the way. Like many others, my dog is my child and seeing them sick makes me extremely emotional. The vet sat down and talked with me about what she thought it might be but informed me that they could not determine the cause unless they did tests. The tests were expensive, so we decided to treat the symptoms. The next day the ER texted me asking how Otis was doing and I said no improvement. They advised I bring him back in to be reassessed. The second time the vet urged us to g

This was my 2nd emergency visit to this hospital, and both times the entire staff were Outstanding! Each time, i called ahead and was greeted by a friendly, intelligent young woman, Ashley, who calmly took my information, assessed the situation, and got us pre-checked in, so all we had to do upon arrival was sign a consent form. We were immediately greeted by an equally friendly and intelligent vet tech, who ushered us into an exam room, asked & answered questions and took the pup into the back to see the vet and get Xrays. She then returned and provided water for our other dog, who came along because the pups are bonded. Bringing him along was one of the things I had discussed with Ashley on the phone and she warmly said it was okay to bring him. The Vet visited with us several times

They were awesome! Delilah went in with a foul mouth odor and pain, bleeding. They were quick, responsive and respectful! They even a couple days later even received a text checking in on her! They have definitely improved since the last time I was there! Adding a pic of her and her companion in the house who was watching over her and giving her love when we first got home and settled with meds 🥰

Dr. Slajchert jumped into action and saved our german shepherds life. Only minutes after eating his dinner, our boy showed signs of pain and distress, wrenching with no relief, and his stomach/abdomen began to visually swell and was hard to the touch. We rushed him to animal emergency with fear of bloat and dr. Slajchert immediately pulled him into surgery. We wouldn't have our dog with us this morning had it not been for this clinic. The staff was very patient and offered us drinks and a phone charger while we wait. They work directly with trupanion who approved our claim within minutes and saved us nearly 6k on the spot. We are so terribly grateful for every single person and service who stepped in. I will forever recommended this clinic and tell you this is your sign to bite the bullet

We took our cat here for sudden onset issues that were not good. Dr Michelle Bateman was wonderful with her pleasant and caring personality. She was thorough in her explaining to us that we could understand what was going on. And answered any questions we had. Her vet tech whose name I sadly forget was also wonderful. As were the front office counter people also pleasant and friendly. Our wait time was not horrendous at all as we arrived when office was not flooded. But we completely understand when you need to wait as it is a hospital and they do need to do triage. Thank you to all the staff and Lizzie is doing well
