I brought my 12 year old mix Abbie because of swollen leg. The guy who checked us in was really nice and seem concerned. X-rays were done. The doctor brought us the results and prescribed pain meds. Told us to follow up with our vet.Now my issue is the lady at the desk checking us out. She was just rude. I wanted to tell her I didn’t wanna be there just as much as she probably didn’t want to.

I had an amazing experience here from the moment I called. I panicked over my cat's symptoms but the phone call soothed my anxiety. Staff was educated and calm. We brought my cat in after midnight and they ran tests immediately. Everyone was soooooo so kind. Explained everything including pricing. Thank you thank you!

I had to bring my dog, Lottie, in on New Year’s Day after she had been very sick and vomiting multiple times in the days prior. I was extremely worried there might be a blockage or something more serious going on. Lottie is a 100+ pound Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix. She is very fearful and anxious. Even routine vet visits are incredibly stressful for both of us, so this was not an easy situation. I want to sincerely thank the incredibly compassionate and kind-hearted veterinarian, Renae Galletti, along with the assistants and office staff. Instead of spending their holiday at home, they performed X-rays, administered IV fluids, and gave an anti-nausea injection to my very unwilling and untrusting dog, all with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Galletti took the time

I brought my dog in because he was vomiting and salivating very badly. When I brought him in to see DR. TIM GROTE after a two hour wait, because he was pulling on his leash and moving around the doctor told me he doesn’t think he needs an x-ray because he seems to be fine. They gave him a shot for nausea and a pill box with extra pills that I was supposed to give him when I got home. The first issue is when I got home. The pill box was empty. The second issue is over the next two days when I gave my dog pills I had to go back and get from this location, he is still not better. He had not eaten anything. He is actually worse, Upon taking him to another vet, it was discovered that he had a blockage and needed surgery immediately If I had not taken my dog to another hospital, he would be dead

I had originally taken my cat about a week ago for bloody stool. After waiting for 5 hours, and in the office for less than 15 minutes, they had given him an IV for hydration, an antidiarrheal injection, and probiotics to take for a week. As soon as I finished giving my cat probiotics for one week, the bloody stool started up again today. I called and explained the situation, one of the male employees on the phone had specifically stated if I had taken him back in the same day I originally had brought him they wouldn’t have charged me again (Currently was waiting outside the vet today). What doesn't make sense is if my cat had been feeling better after the so called “simple” treatment as the male employee had said, why would I bring him back the same day. I then had asked if I could go ins
