Everyone here was so kind and tried so hard to help our very sick calico, Tuna. She’d been treated for several weeks for a UTI that just seemed to be getting worse. Late on a Saturday afternoon, after once again having our concerns brushed off by our own vet earlier in the day, we had to take Tuna here. They did a thorough battery of tests, including ultrasound, and were eventually able to tell us she had a large bladder tumor and kidney disease. Our own vet finally got in touch when he saw their report and suggested some other meds that might shrink the tumor, but it was too late. Before those meds could work, Tuna’s condition deteriorated rapidly. I brought my Jeff here at 11 pm after I suspected he’d been poisoned by a bouquet of lilies. I was an emotional mess, sobbing uncontrollably as lily poisoning kills cats. They triaged him right away and got to work, taking every step to make sure he made it through. Jeff had to be hospitalized there for about 3 days. The staff was so compassionate and friendly, they kept me updated every step of the way, let us come visit him, and did everything they could to save his life. I cannot thank the staff more for being so thorough and saving Jeff’s life. I have so many good things to say about this hospital!! And in the end, the price was very fair! Absolutely love this place and its staff, thank you all so much.

I cannot thank this veterinary clinic enough for saving my dog’s life after he was involved in a house fire. From the moment we arrived, the entire team showed an incredible level of urgency, compassion, and care during one of the most terrifying moments of my life. My dog suffered burns and smoke inhalation, and thanks to their knowledge, dedication, and tireless efforts, he is now healing. Their kindness, reassurance, and genuine concern meant everything to me during such an emotional and overwhelming time. This clinic is filled with truly exceptional professionals who care deeply about the animals and families they serve. I will be forever grateful for what they did for my dog and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Only good experience i had was that they came out to get my dog on a stretcher. Nevermind the wait. But the vet diagnosis included euthanizing my dog. The hardest decision in the world so I brought her back home and guess what she is fine. My regular vet said there are other options. It's been 2 weeks and $500 later. My dog is still herself.

I was there this morning with a non life threatening emergency. My dog did something to her foot and was in pain, my reg vet couldn't get her in so I called before I came to the emergency vet. I was told, not busy, only 1 other person here. I drove 45 min to get her seen. She got her vitals done and was brought back to me in the lobby to wait. And wait. The staff were very nice and polite. After an hour, I asked if they knew where she was in the queue to be seen knowing its on a triage basis. I was told "we only have one doctor here and she has a lot going on in the back. Second vet comes in at 2 so I can't guarantee you will be seen before 2." I got there, checked in at 840am. So, you let patients pile up in the lobby to let them sit there for at least 5 hours???
