Animal Emergency Center

My cat gave me a big scare and thankfully is fine. I’m so thankful to have emergency care available to him should he need it and that I was able to get him seen. They are very straight forward about the pricing and let you know how much each thing will cost and get your consent before moving forward. Staff was wonderful and so was the vet. I’m thankful his issue turned out to be non emergent but they still took their time to take good care of him. He’s already feeling so much better!

Took our pup here in the middle of the night, and was so grateful for the help we received. The staff ran bloodwork, took X-rays, gave my dog fluids, and provided us with the meds we needed to help him feel better. We wanted to follow up with our normal vet just to make sure nothing was missed, and the staff sent over all the records immediately so our regular vet would be able to review them as soon as they opened. So grateful for the peace of mind this facility provided and the thorough care our dog received.

Do not recommend this place at all unless it is literally your last option. Regular vet quoted me 1.3k to hostpitilized my pet but it would have to be during week days so i went here and they tried to charge me 7.8k . What i dont like about this hospital is they overcharge you and dont have any payment plans . They will let your pet die if you cant afford it simple. Lady on the phone was also rude and pretty much this whole buisness is horrible. If you’re gonna break peoples pockets atleast offer payment plans. Also was overcharged for my service and only given a receipt with amount paid no receipt to show what was paid for or charges.

Incredible staff! Had to bring my 5.5mo puppy in for foreign body ingestion and ended up having to leave her there for over 24hrs for monitoring and repeat x-rays, though thankfully she didn't need surgery. Every staff member I spoke to or saw was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with both myself and every other person that came in. We arrived around 7:15am and the waiting room wasn't busy, though I know they had other patients already in the back and were taking some patients in through the back door. They took info about my puppy when checking in and made sure she was stable, and someone came out to get more info shortly after we sat down. We did wait about 1.5hrs before they took my puppy back for an exam, and I waited about an additional 1hr before I left with a treat

I brought my dog here after he jumped from the bed of my truck on the interstate. I was charged $2000 for the work that they had done. They missed the most important step, which was to do a x-ray of his insides. My dog was suffering when I brought him home all because they missed a very important step. I had to end up spending another $225 at another place to put him to rest. I could no longer watch my boy suffer anymore. Please stop looking at our pets (loved one’s) as $$$. Treat others pets like you would want yours to be treated. Take every step to make sure that the animals aren’t suffering RIP- KYNG
