Animal Compassion Team

After meeting with a pet and making arrangements to pick up for adoption I purchased necessary items for the new addition to my home. After failed attempts to reach their team by phone I sent an email. Their response was that they didn't find that the pet and I weren't a good match. This is something that should be addressed as soon as such a decision is made, rather than have a similar occurrence happen with someone else. Needless to say I will not be doing business with these people in the future.

I got my dog from them about four months ago and he has changed my entire life. He is my first dog and I can say with certainty he is the dog I have been waiting for all my life. I finally found my best friend. I am beyond thankful for ACT - they take amazing care of the animals there. The staff/volunteers are great. They spend quality time with them, work on their manners/obedience, take them out to play with the other dogs there, and make sure their environment is clean. They get to know each and every dog so that when someone comes in looking for a new dog, they can find a good match. You definitely will not regret going here.

I love this NON PROFIT animal rescue 🩷 I came here to donate some towels + blankets for the animals & the drop-off was easy at the front desk. Friendly staff members 👌🏻 Cute animals 🫰🏼

We adopted our newest member to our family and his name was Pig which we changed to Beau. He is a 2 month old Australian shepherd mix. Such a sweet little guy. Thank you again to Animal Compassion Team!❤️

We recently adopted our fur baby through ACT. I was worried after my experience with Miss Winkles, but decided to give them a try... I first applied for a puppy but they let me know he was adopted via email. Through the facebook site, I saw this little guy & something told me "he's the one". I applied on the ACT website and sent a text to his foster mama. It all happened within the span of a week. We met and it was truly love at first site. The foster mom was amazing and staff had us out with our boy in arms after less than 15 minutes. He is a joy, so sweet & even housebroken! We will go through ACT again if we decide he needs a sibling.
