Compassionate, understanding, caring, knowledgeable, and attentive they were. I have only lived here a short time and my two fur babies are were 14 and 11 and we haven’t established a veterinary clinic or care yet . My baby Nala suffered congestive heart failure and was quickly filling up with fluids. They were so gentle. I knew everything upfront as far as pricing before they took her back. There were no surprises. I love these people and the staff.

The vets there are great, front desk ladies are super sweet and willing to answer your questions or ask the vet for you. Had three dogs spayed there. Had to have my oldest put to sleep there, they were very mind and allowed us time to grieve. All five of our dogs go here now. Prices were reasonable, there was no hard sale for extras. I have been to vets before that always wanted to upsell dental care, extra shots or extra care.

I have a 15.5 year old Lab, and for the past year I’ve been giving him Cosequin Maximum Strength with MSM & HA. It’s the only thing keeping him mobile—and I discovered it through AI, not a vet clinic. I took him to a clinic I thought I could trust, hoping for real pain relief. The vet mentioned the 30 years of experience, she has, so I assumed she’d seen thousands of dogs with the same joint issues. They charged an exam fee, then another for the prescription. The meds did nothing. I had a follow-up scheduled. Yesterday they called to “confirm,” but before I agreed, I asked: Will I be charged another full exam fee just to switch medications after I already paid the first time? She said she’d call back. She never did. I called at 1 p.m. for my 4 p.m. slot and still got no straight answer,
