I don't even know where to begin. I adopted a sweet little kitten this past year. She was so active and happy and playful. One day the way she walked randomly changed and she started rapidly losing weight. Within a few days she couldnt walk or stand at all. I was so scared when I brought her in, and even more scared when I was told it is was something called FIP. The survival rate without near-immediate treatment is so low. Dr. Joanne was so supportive when she talked me through the diagnosis and the treatment plan she had set up. She even helped me connect with other people who have gone through dealing with FIP as well. I am not exaggerating when I say there was a point in October when her weight got down to nearly 1lb and I was preparing to lose her. The treatment was around 3 months.

Yesterday I brought my little old man Cheech in for his appointment and it was the most welcoming vibes ever not only did he get all of his needs met he has made so many new friends everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They were so open with the pricing (which was very reasonable for everything they did for him!) they give you a print out before they do any testing/medication and explain what everything is and which ones they suggest for you!If you have pets I strongly suggest coming here if you want to know your pets will be safe and get the love and care they need!

Dr. Angela Sharma and Vet Tech Alyssa were so wonderful, and were so compassionate and helpful in making a difficult decision regarding my senior cat. I'm thankful to them and the rest of the staff for making the painful decision to bring peace to beloved companions as easy as possible. They were transparent with pricing, explained options/processes kindly, and were incredibly patient. It was clear they truly love animals, and I would bring my pets back here for care any time.

Super compassionate and caring staff. The facility is always clean and bright. The ladies at the front desk are always so warm and welcoming and they are usually able to get you in same day or at the very least the next day. I appreciate the open communication about pricing and how the doctors explain everything in the room. It makes me feel like I don't have to make a rushed decision when I understand why the doctor is wanting to do the diagnostics they're suggesting.

Brought my cat in because of litter box issues after 13 years of no outside the literbox behavior. The vet did a thorough examination and gave me answers to help my cat in the best way possible. I felt very heard and felt like the Dr (Dr. Kari Wittmer) really cared about my cat! Thank you so much!
