I've been dealing with Ana for more than 8 years! She's very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and most importantly CLEAN AND GERM-FREE! She doesn't allow people in the back area for safety reasons for her precious birds. The very few people she allows in the back wear gloves and masks to prevent the birds and their babies from catching any bacteria or germs that may come from people. She takes special care of birds she borders if a person doesn't have a "babysitter" for any birds. Each and every bird/eggs/hatching are very well taken care of. She's been doing this for decades and, in my opinion, is the cream of the crop! I wouldn't dare go anywhere else! She treats every customer and bird like her own family. ZERO STARS! BIRD OWNERS PLEASE READ BEFORE BOARDING!!! I am writing this review to warn other bird owners based on my recent experience. My childhood pet macaw was boarded at Ana’s Parrots & Supplies for a few weeks while my family completed a local move. During its stay, my macaw became seriously ill. According to the veterinarian who treated her afterward, she contracted a virus that is typically spread by other birds. She later aspirated, developed pneumonia, and tragically passed away. After discovering the illness, we called the owner to inform her of what happened. Instead of expressing any concern or taking responsibility, she was rude and blamed my mother for the bird becoming sick — despite the fact that our macaw had never been exposed to other birds in her entire life until bei

I had purchased an African grey from Anna and it has passed away 3.5 years later as he had significant heart disease and dies of a stroke. He was showing signs of symptoms once settling in at home, and after numerous years of vet visits and daily medications, my buddy has passed. Just because she had wanted to sell a sick bird. Do NOT go to this place.

Took less than 2 minutes to see why the ratings were so low. Do yourself a favor and don't bother.
