Amazon Park Animal Clinic

After nearly 30 years of trusting my animals to this office, I can't do it any longer. The front desk staff is rude and after several months, Dr Jones has no idea what's going on with my cat. I think it's time we go somewhere our money will be appreciated.

Costs are rising, which reflects on caring for the health of a pet. The doctors and staff of this clinic truly care and are very kind.

Justify completely overpriced procedures and treatments with "quality of care". You should ALWAYS give quality care regardless of price. I understand the positive reviews because theyre really good at putting it on thick when you're paying over price vet visits but all that facade quickly dissipates when you they are trying to charge you thousands for something that costs hundreds elsewhere. Money hungry and delusional. My pet has been going here for years but their prices have continuely escalated not basd on economy but their popularity in the area. Anyway I dont normally leave reviews but be advised there are much more affordable ones in the area do you due diligence

To preface this review, the vets themselves I've seen here have been kind and helpful for the most part and I don't hold any hard feelings towards them. The front desk upon my last few visits was unbelievably unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconsistent. While I was waiting for my cat the young brown haired woman at the front desk openly said two other clients full names, the issues she had with them, and one of their phone numbers. I attempted to play this off since I also work in customer service, but rather than moving on she doubled down and told me that she preferred this job to retail because the rude customers actually get what they deserve here.
