We took our 3.5 month golden retriever puppy to Alpha K9 U for a 2 week board and train. She has been home with us now for a couple of weeks. I wanted to provide a review because the training she received has been such a game changer and has provided our family with such a great starting point on helping our puppy become the best family dog we could ask for. Her trainer Maddie was so good at providing updates and sending us photos to let us know how our puppy was doing. Maddie kept us informed on what our puppy was working on and what she was mastering. We did intermediate puppy class and it was great! Our dog was trained in basic skills and we were given clear instructions on how to practice at home. Swimming was an excellent bonus that not many places offer. The price was reasonable. The trainers were always willing to provide additional instruction based on your dog’s particular behaviors. The playtime in the beginning was a really great part.

I was in Indianapolis for several months for work, and brought my senior dog in for swimming every week. Great staff! 💜

I enrolled my rescue puppy in the three-week board and train program, and it exceeded my expectations! I was blown away by how much she learned and by the incredible staff. Maddie is truly amazing—a real dog whisperer! I continue to board my pup here when I'm out of town - she loves all of the staff and attend their more intermediate/advance classes. Highly recommend.

My dog loves Alpha K9. The staff are excellent - well trained in dog behavior and you can tell that they really care about the animals. This facility has excellent training programs.
