We always appreciate the fine veterinary care we receive for our big kitty, Melu. Everyone on staff is kind and very knowledgeable. Dr. Loughlin is an excellent vet and our Melu is always comfortable with him, other than the usual anxiety of being at the vet, of course. Allen Veterinary Hospital has been our choice for pet care for years, and we highly recommend them.

I have been a client for many years and certainly can recommend your boarding services 100 %. However, due to my work schedule I am only able to bring my cats in on a Saturday after 10. I tried to schedule months out with no success. I was told that, “We have a very strict booking policy on Saturdays….. can’t give you an appointment after 10 as I must fill the early slots first or I will have a very grumpy doctor on my hands if he has to wait an hour between appointments.” Well now you have a very grumpy client who will seek services elsewhere. I asked about the value of good customer service and was told, “well unfortunately we can’t please everyone.” I am highly dissatisfied (which obviously does not concern you one bit).

DO NOT take your animal here! We took our cat for a sudden 8 pound weight loss and not eating. They did blood work and said everything was fine. No follow up needed. No other tests were done to figure out these symptoms. We trusted our gut and went for a second opinion elsewhere and our cat has a high likelihood of lymphoma. This was missed by this vet because they solely based everything on labs and did not do further testing! Take caution if you go here, but I would highly recommend changing vets! I would give a zero if I could!

Best vet ever! There aren't enough stars to give the rating this place deserves! We have tried just about every other vet in a 25 mile radius & were never happy until we found this place. The Dr. & the staff are absolutely wonderful. From awesome healthcare for all our furbabies to the compassion given when our senior dog neared the end. Just sheer sincerity in our time of grief. I travel almost an hour & it is SO WORTH IT! Furbabies agree, they love them all!
