I just placed my first order. I have been toying with buying something from this site to help my German Shepherd heal his back paw. I finally reached out today and chatted with Karen. She was EXTREMELY helpful and walked me through how to measure his foot and recommended a set she thought would work for his needs. I can't wait to get my purchase. Sam is my beautiful 11 year old BC with badly deformed feet due to auto immune disease and chronic injury. For years he has been in pain while walking on gravel and bitumen so I needed boots to make him more comfortable. I found All Dog Boots on-line and reached out for advice. The response came back within 12 hours (I’m in Australia so there is a time difference). The advice and help with sizing was fantastic. The boots arrived yesterday (tracked all the way with UPS & AusPost) and are just perfect. The size allows his abnormal paws to spread fully and they don’t rub around his dew claws. He knew immediately they were helping him and for the first time in ages, we went for a walk without limping and his gait was not uneven. So, one happy puppa and a very happy owner. SUPER AWESOMENESS!!!! The owner of this company went above and beyond to help me get shoes on lots of doggies who have owners who can't afford shoes for them! Pack Leader, Karen, really showed how big her heart is when she contacted me the very next day and offered to DONATE 60 PAIRS of dog shoes to help me cover the paws of dogs around Phoenix, AZ where I live!! She got them packed up and sent the very next day! Her generosity was the single most beautiful act I have personally witnessed and she will forever have my gratitude! I had a fantastic experience! I texted after hours on the Friday before Xmas. I had a lot of questions. Someone was kind enough to respond that night and help me to order the perfect boots for my dog! And, they came sooo quickly in spite of the holiday! THX SO MUCH!!
