I was referred to them by our vet who no longer accepts boarding. They had great customer service and all though the staff was accommodating and friendly, they are not trained properly by management/facility owner to care for birds. My conures have always boarded in the same cage without issues at their other boarding facilities. When I arrived I paid as I usually do a tiny facility before getting them for pick up. My bill was $252 which is normal but was surprised when it took me to a tipping screen with the recommended 15 to 30% tip. There was no decline option or custom amount option which I find strange as no other facilities do this. I stumbled across all angles creatures looking for a cheaper alternative for buying 1000 worms at a time. I took a chance on them because the price was great, the live guarantee was ideal and they are local-ish so I knew shipping would be quick and safe. The 1st order of 1000 worms did in fact arrive dead unfortunately but it looked like the carrier mishandled it tbh and I was upset. I messaged them conveniently in their live chat and was met with immediate care and understanding. They re-shipped the worms and packed them extra carefully and I am happy to report that they arrived live and although UPS TRIED TO KILL THEM AGAIN all angles creatures packed them so well they survived despite the crushed box 🤣

Very happy with our 🐕 stay at the facility. The staff was extremely helpful and very patient even with my millions of questions on the phone. My first time boarding Ace. I was very nervous.From drop off to pick up. Was a very smooth and easy process. I will definitely be using All Creature's Pet Lodge again!

The staff here are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable We have our little girl taken care of these folks for over 3 yrs when we go out of state! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care of Bella!! Jospeh H.
