Exceptional Groomer! Highly Recommend CiCi Formosa at All Creatures Big and Small. CiCi is truly the best. Our dog can be a little guarded and nervous, but CiCi handles her with such incredible patience and care. Every time, our dog comes out looking absolutely adorable and perfectly groomed.
