Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital

I can’t say enough positive things about Alafaya Animal Hospital. Josephine was in for care recently, and the staff went above and beyond — from their scheduling flexibility to the patient, loving way they treated her. They even let her walk around with her emotional support Lamb Chop, which helped keep her calm and comfortable. Their compassion and communication gave me so much peace of mind. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Jo!

We had a follow up at our regular vet and they had a relief Dr. on that day. This was the first time we were told that our frenchie needed to have BOAS, elongated soft palate and entropion. He said the best way to do it would be using a laser for little to no bleeding, not a scalpel. After 2 weeks of actively searching, emailing and calling around, we found Dr. Duprey at Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital. From the first exam, we knew he was the one. He was very kind, understanding, thoughtful, and treated us like it was his own dog. We scheduled the appointment for 2 days later. The healing process took about 2.5 weeks. To say the least, she was excited to not have to wear her e-collar any more. We are so pleased to say Dr. Duprey is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend him. Thank you!

This is one of the nicest, and most caring veterinary offices that I have even been to! I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone. I had an emergency visit with my cat , I had never been here before and they were able to work us in. They were extremely thorough, helpful, personable and willing to spend time with my cat and I. My cat gets stressed out easily and they were so wonderful with her! My cat is doing great now. I’m very thankful that they were there to assist my cat when she needed to be seen!

I had the best experience ever. I’m used to dropping my pet at Petsmart, my dog be there all day, then they call me for questions, here you stay and are informed right away of what could be going on. Dr. Keisha explained everything very well, her tec was also very helpful. I really had an amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone.

If there was more than 5 stars available to give, I would. The whole team in Alafaya are just amazing and so caring towards their patients. Dr. Quiñones went above and beyond to deliver excellent care to my Kahlúa. She had to stay a few days and Dr. Q really quickly noticed she liked hiding under her towel (just like she does at home) and so they would always made sure she have extra towels in her kennel to feel comfortable and safe. I would get constant updates and this really cute picture I’m posting with my review. This little detail made me see and feel like they genuinely care not just for their patient’s health but their well-being as well. My Kahlúa could not have been in better hands.
