We had an amazing experience at Advanced Veterinary Care! We were terrified our little guy wasn’t going to make it but the team acted quickly to stabilize our dog and got him the life saving treatment he needed. Teresa was so great keeping us updated with pictures during Oscar's transfusion and after his surgery. It really put our mind at ease to see those and hear from her. Dr. Samson did an incredible job with Oscar's surgery and took great care. He thoroughly explained everything so that we understood what we needed to know before and after the procedure. We are so grateful for the entire team!

I can’t say enough good things about the emergency care we received. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my cat truly mattered. Not just as a patient, but as a beloved family member. Dr. Daniel (Herbert) was incredibly compassionate, thorough, and patient in explaining everything. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood each step. When I became emotional, he met me with genuine empathy and kindness. He even shared stories about his own pets, which made it clear that he truly understands the deep bond we have with our animals. That meant more to me than I can put into words. We did have a brief misunderstanding, and instead of dismissing my concerns, he handled it with grace and professionalism. We were nervous to go to an "urgent care facility" because we were distraught about our furbaby and concerned about the cost. The level of kindness, compassion, expertise, professionalism, and integrity, far exceeded our expectations. It's only been 2 weeks since our visit and we've already recommended AVC twice. We are incredibly grateful for the level of care our furbaby received and for how well she is recovering. Dr. Herber was phenomenal, but we bonded particularly well with Brittany. I even called back twice, and she was so helpful; never making me feel like an inconvenience.

Over a year ago, I rushed in with my eldest Italian Greyhound, Iggy Pop, after discovering bruises all over his little body with no explanation. Wish there were more stars to give. From the first phone call to the time of discharge, this practice has shown genuine concern for my furkid, Jameson. After spending hours at emergency vet the night before to learn that Jameson had bladder stones and one was stuck in the urethra blocking urine flow, he needed to see a specialist ASAP. I called AVC the next morning , explained the situation and I got an appointment that morning with Dr. Samson. Jameson's case was complicated because he's being treated for heart failure and suffers from trachea collapse, making him high risk for anesthesia.
