10/10 recommend everyone at AAC but especially our tech- Tessa! She went above and beyond for us this week in a time we truly didn't know what to do or where to start! — so kind, patient, and attentive every step of the way. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about the animals she helps. She made my pup (and me!) feel so comfortable and cared for. I’m so grateful for her and couldn’t recommend her and our friends at AAC more! 🐶💛

All staff at both the Richmond general and emergency locations are wonderful. Dr. Poynter and Courtney are absolutely phenomenal with my Reggie and I’m so grateful to them for their care and kindness.

Amazing staff and amazing prices. They treat my cat with love and care. Listened to my concerns and took a lot of care of my cat. They did a dental at an affordable price. Will definitely return!

We have been coming to AAC for years and today unfortunately had to use a service that is hard on everyone involved. Dr Poynter is one of the nicest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met and she cared so deeply for our cat. There was also another employee that had known him since he was a kitten before we adopted him and made it a point to come offer a goodbye as well. He was so loved and the staff took amazing care of the task and making sure that we knew every option post service. They are truly the kindest people you can take your pet to and know that they treat everyone with utmost care and kindness. Puck loved you all

I have had great experiences with emergency department in the past. However, my visit today… I took a dog in with fleas and let the doctors know that I had two cats at home and I asked for treatment until I could get them into their visit. No suggestions on what to do, I even asked what I could do at home, no direction. They didn’t have anything to give (sell) me in their office and they wouldn’t give me anything for the cats knowing That they possibly had fleas. I was going to buy. And then the lady Megan told me they may have a sample on site, then backed out of it although I knew the weights of my cats. Megan who was assistant to Dr. Pointer was amazing at first until she decided to be dishonest or misinformed, one of the two. The visit itself up until that moment was decent. I went to
