Dr Tiedeman and her staff are amazing, compassionate, and extremely kind. We had been taking our Maltese Bailey (RIP 2019) and Teddy to this clinic/hospital for about thirteen years. On January 2, 2026, we came to the realization that our sweet Havanese, Teddy was too ill. I contacted the office and scheduled a quality of life appointment that day. When we arrived we were immediately taken to a room. There we were able to spend our final moments hugging, kissing and loving on our Teddy for as long as we wanted. We are still extremely heartbroken over losing our little gentleman. Dr Tiedeman and staff, thank you all so much for making this very difficult time in our lives somewhat tolerable with the support you all provided. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, patient, and sweet with her. Alicia, our technician, was so gentle and kind — she made Gigi feel calm and secure. Dr. Laine Tiedeman was wonderful! She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions as a first-time puppy mom. This place was a life saver for one of our cats. It was an emergency and they said bring him in now! We did and they ran tests on site and had our cat feeling better in no time. I'll continue to bring our cats here. Trusted business. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic animal care too!

I’ve been bringing our dogs here for the last 5 years, I am convinced there is no better vet to care for our babes! Dr T has done such a great job taking care of our boy after we got an Epilepsy diagnoses, and Dr Moerbe has been great with my girl with skin issues the last few years. The receptionists are always amazing, while Miss Kacie is our favorite, we still love everyone the same and look forward to seeing their friendly faces at each visit. Thank you to the team. Solid communication from checking in to being in the back room. Kelsie, was wonderful to talk to. She ensured all of our dog records were up to date and what was coming due in the next few month. She gave us the option to take care of the shot now to avoid future office vet fees. Sarah, the office manager came to check on us to make sure we were good and if we had any questions. Dr Tiedeman, provided us a solid report and gave us options for our issues.
