From the moment we arrived, every staff member treated him with such kindness, patience, and genuine love, it made an incredibly stressful time feel manageable. The veterinarians are not only extremely knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and supported throughout his care. We had an excellent experience with the surgical team at this hospital and are so grateful to Dr. Unis, Dr. Gillis- surgical resident, and their surgical nurse Jamie for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Moose. He was evaluated for a tail mass that ultimately required a partial tail amputation, and from start to finish we felt he was in incredibly capable and compassionate hands. Moose isn’t always the easiest patient, but the team was patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling nervous dogs. I’d like to get on here and mention how thankful I am for Dr. berg and the staff here. Patricia has been so helpful when I was worried about my cat going through the I-131 treatment and they assured me that she will do great! After a 1 month follow up and her thyroid is back to normal today! I know we’re not out of the woods yet but I want to truly thank you for making me feel so relieved. We met Dr. Zafiris, who is one of the most compassionate and reassuring doctors we have ever encountered. We’ve brought our senior pup here multiple times, usually late at night or on Christmas Eve at 2am when she randomly comes down with an ear infection. While the wait can sometimes be a little lengthy, I can’t say enough good things about the staff here, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the Drs. The quality of care is nothing short of excellent. They do their best to update you every step of the way, make your pet feel as comfortable as possible, and they are transparent and up front about the cost of services. They truly care about the wellbeing of your pet, which is all you really want when entrusting them with strangers. Highly recommend!
