A Paw Place

I just had my dogs groomed today and they look amazing! The groomer, Darrell, did an exceptional job. Since it was their first groom in quite a while and they were very overgrown, it took longer than expected, but the outcomes were fantastic! I am very happy and will be returning.

We took our dogs to Paw Place for grooming. 1. Bichon mix, 2. Lab/ Boxer mix. The groomer did a great job on both pups. The shop is well stocked with high quality dog food and supplies. Very clean place and friendly staff.

Great experience we were greeted by OSCAR, who was more than knowledgeable of the top tier dog food and the training program. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a niche Pet store in the Hyde Park area. They also have free treats for pups & let’s not forget the cats get love also!

They had an excellent groomer named Kyle. I went there for the grooming .Now that she does not work there I wouldn’t go back. Everything else is mediocre at best. My dogs miss their groomer .The owner apparently likes to “text” rather than talk to her employees. What a shame . It’s sad what she did to her employee who recently left a review . I was sad when I read it. A mom with children no less!! I don’t know the other employee but having raised 3 kids on my own my heart goes out to her. Thankfully I was able to find Kyle their groomer. I wish everyone well. There we are then! Hopefully The business owner will work on her communication skills with both her customers and employees! Communication of the VERBAL kind will help her business thrive .

I absolutely love this place! My little Charlie loves them. I don’t know how they get him so cuddly soft…but I love it. They also give great tips and advice to keep our baby healthy and clean. I highly recommend A Paw Place ❤️❤️
